After all, we are both chefs.
Little did we know"

Our story

The Champions League of Inflight Catering
These are the words that got the ball rolling back in 2012. Seventy-eight different presidential and royal aircraft later, and from just two inflight catering orders a week to a few thousand orders a year, Galley Cuisine has become a trusted name in private jet catering across Amsterdam and Rotterdam.
Every month we say: “now we’ve surely seen it all.” Yet our clients continue to surprise us with new dishes, challenging schedules, and unexpected situations that need to be addressed. It often feels like playing the Champions League Final, 365 days a year.
But we love keeping busy. We delight in translating world-class dishes, dinners, and creative ideas on food and presentation into new inflight meals that work seamlessly for business aviation catering in Europe. It’s a constant process of inspiration and reinvention, and it keeps us sharp.

Craft Beyond Cooking
It’s not the cooking itself that is the challenge. Catering for private aviation is in a league of its own, incomparable with anything else in the food industry. Onboard, altitude changes taste, timing becomes critical, and perfection is the only standard.
Unlike restaurants, our energy is focused on precision and endurance. Every meal is blast-chilled to guarantee freshness, even after a 16-hour flight. There is no second chance at 41,000 feet. Every ingredient must be chosen with care, and knowledge of produce is essential.

A Cocktail of Experience
What makes Galley Cuisine unique is the mix of experience, ingenuity, a passion for food and aircraft ,
with just a touch of craziness. Famous clients are naturally part of our story: from royals and CEOs
to artists, delegations and athletes. Each deserves flawless service, and we are proud to deliver it.
The biggest challenge is often not cooking, but interpreting. A menu request is rarely the whole story.
Crew and passengers may have completely different expectations, and smooth communication is key.
That’s why we don’t just offer catering. We cater to wishes.
